Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the drained tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, celery, red onion, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place the wrap on a flat surface and layer with lettuce or spinach (if using).
Assembly
- Spoon the tuna mixture onto the wrap and top with a slice of cheese.
- Fold in the sides of the wrap and then roll it up tightly.
Cooking (Optional)
- Optionally, grill the wrap on a panini press or skillet for a few minutes until the cheese melts.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
