Preparation
- Start by cutting the chicken breast into bite-sized chunks.
- In a bowl, mix the ranch dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken chunks to the marinade, making sure each piece is coated well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
Serving
- Once done, remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
These chicken skewers are great served hot off the grill. You can enjoy them alone or with a side of fresh vegetables, rice, or a salad. Drizzling extra ranch dressing on top can add an extra burst of flavor.
