  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded Rotisserie chicken can be used for quicker preparation.
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce Use your favorite barbecue sauce.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Feel free to mix different types of cheese.
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • to taste fresh cilantro For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the barbecue sauce until well coated.
  4. Spread the barbecue chicken mixture evenly over the flatbread.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and red onion slices on top.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  2. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh cilantro, and slice into pieces. Serve warm.

Notes

BBQ Chicken Flatbread is best served warm. It pairs wonderfully with a side salad or crunchy veggies. For a fun twist, serve with extra barbecue sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
